Knee arthroscopy
To this day, many knee pathologies can benefit from Arthroscopic technics as surgical treatment. There is a better and faster healing in many cases than with the former technics known as « open sky » surgeries. The arthroscopy even improved the precision of certain technics (Ligamentoplasty of the cruciate ligaments, menisci surgerys) resulting in the abandon of the classic technics in these very cases.
In these last years, a growing number of knee surgerys is performed arthroscopically :
- Cruciate ligaments lesion- Menisci lesion
- Some surgerys performed on cartilages
Today thanks to the opticfiber and video assisted mini invasive surgery (arthroscopy), the surgical surgery, the anesthesia, and the post-operative consequences are much lighter than they used to be.
